Dinners, appeals and auctions raise wonderful pledges, then the follow-up begins. DonorChase tracks every pledge against what's been received in Xero and tells your team exactly who to follow up.

Every pledge followed up, by the right person
A dashboard for each event
Keep each dinner, appeal or campaign on its own dashboard, separate from regular donations and memberships.
Pledged against received
See what each donor pledged, what has arrived and what's outstanding, with a running total and collection rate for the event.
Share the follow-up
Assign donors to staff or committee members. Each person gets a daily or weekly email of the calls they need to make.
Remember what was said
Notes from the night, "will give after the new year" or "call his PA", stay on the donor's page with their full giving history.

Pledges given monthly by standing order are tracked by the standing order tracker, so you see straight away when they stop.

Raise each pledge as an invoice in Xero. As gifts are reconciled, DonorChase updates overnight, so the figures always match your books.
